XPertMailer - Sends TRUE Mails
XPertMailer is a php class that you can use to send encoded MIME type e-mail messages (text, HTML, HTML embeded images, attachments) towards a localhost, client or relay SMTP servers with optional authorization.
The XPertMailer class functions are optimized to execute in a very small time and also to be easy to use. This reduces the size of the code and the time required to write it.
